1. Cancellation by Customer
- More than 48 hours before pickup:
If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable payment gateway charges. - Within 24–48 hours of pickup:
Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 25% cancellation fee. - Less than 24 hours before pickup:
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be issued.
2. No Show Policy
If you fail to show up at the pickup location without any prior communication, the booking will be marked as a “No Show”, and the full rental amount will be non-refundable.
3. Early Return
If you return the vehicle before the scheduled drop-off time or date, no partial refund will be provided for the unused rental duration.
4. Cancellation by My Drive
In rare cases, if we are unable to provide the booked vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical issues, accidents, etc.), we will:
- Offer an alternative vehicle (if available), or
- Provide a partial or full refund (in some cases) of the booking amount.
5. Refund Processing Time
If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Transaction fees (if any) may be deducted depending on your payment provider.
