To rent a vehicle from My Drive Car Rental Chandigarh, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Possess a valid Indian or international driver’s license
  • Provide valid government-issued ID and address proof

We reserve the right to verify all documents and deny service at our discretion.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and document verification.
  • Rental rates vary by vehicle type, duration, and distance.

3. Vehicle Usage

  • The vehicle must be used for lawful, personal travel only. Commercial use, illegal activities, and racing are strictly prohibited.
  • The renter is fully responsible for any fines, traffic violations, or tolls during the rental period.
  • Vehicles must not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. Fuel Policy

Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery. A refueling charge may apply if not returned accordingly.

5. Damage & Liability

  • Any damage to the vehicle, interior, or equipment during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter.
  • In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform My Drive Car Rental and file a police report.
  • Insurance may cover partial costs depending on the situation, but deductibles and exclusions apply.

6. Return Policy

  • Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location.
  • Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges.
  • Early returns are allowed, but no partial refunds are issued for unused rental time.
